At ServiSeek, we take your privacy seriously. You have full control over your personal information and can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

How to Delete Your Data

To delete your data:

Open the ServiSeek app.

Go to Settings → Account → Delete My Account.

Confirm your request.
This will permanently remove your ServiSeek account and all data linked to it, including:

Profile information (name, email, photo)
-
Messages and chats
-
Service requests and offers
-
Ratings and reviews
Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

Please include your registered email address so we can verify and process your request.

Data Retention
All deleted user data is removed from our active systems immediately and permanently deleted from backups within 30 days.
